Where have the past two years gone? ‘My Life Goals for 2022‘ is a post I’ve been looking forward to writing.
The last two years have been a mass of events that have made so many things in life hectic for me that I didn’t even bother with writing goals for the year because of all the changes. This year is different though and I’m feeling very positive about 2022!
This year’s goals are a mix of fitness, fun and a mix of other things too! Check out my last similar post which is ‘My 2019 Goals’.
Keep up my fitness journey
It’s been a fun journey so far! I have learned so much about nutrition and fitness in the past two years, including macros and working out the calories I need. My day usually consists of a balanced diet with 10,000 steps, yoga and meditation.
I love having some relaxed days though. I found it much easier having days where I have treats such as doughnuts or takeaways!
Get to my target weight
Hopefully, by the second anniversary of my fitness journey, I’ll hit my goal weight. I am not in a rush as I said above but it would be nice to hit the target and get to my maintenance calories.
Only 10lbs away till I hit my target weight, woohoo!
Go on Holiday
After all, what’s happened the past few years, I sure need a holiday! In the UK or abroad, I will be happy! I have a few places on my travel bucket list, I need to start checking them off.
Improve my blog and social media
I feel like my blog did mediocre at best the past couple of years and it’s all down to me. I haven’t put 110% into it as motivation was low and I didn’t think I could do well with it. Now my mindset has changed, I can do this!
Ditch hair dye
I usually dye my hair so many colours during the year, I think I need to break the cycle and keep my hair blonde for a change, I am sure my mum will be happy ‘hahaha’.
