Hello Everyone!
I just began month 13 of my fitness journey and being honest with you guys, I am still learning so much about fitness, food and life knowledge in general. I have learnt so much about food and also got myself more gym confident since joining the gym again at the start of the month. Music is a big part of my fitness journey so I have decided to do a series of posts with my favourite songs of the month and put them in a ‘workout playlist‘.
Let’s check out my September Workout Playlist
Judas – Fozzy (October 2017) | If you are a fan of AEW you may have noticed that this is Chris Jerichos theme song. I love it, the perfect rock beat for keeping motivated.
Dragula – Rob Zombie ( 1998) | As you can tell by my list I am a huge fan of rock/metal. I have loved this song for many years now and it’s crept onto my gym playlist.
Riot Maker -Tech N9ne (2006) | I have never heard of this song before so when it popped up on my Songpop workout playlist I knew I had to have it on my workout playlist.
Break Stuff – Limp Bizkit (1999) | I have loved this band since they had one of their songs for the undertaker’s entrance themes. The songs are so upbeat.
Enter Sandman – Metallica (1991) | A classic song that will forever be on my workout list! Love this song the most when I am doing weights, especially leg day.
Bodies – Drowning Pool (2001) | This pushes me so much when I am doing a workout. Really happy I remembered this song to put on my playlist.

Final thoughts
As you can tell by my September workout list, Rock and metal have been a big feature. I love all music so next month it could be anything including Dance, Pop or Latin. So keep a lookout for next months post on what songs I loved during my workouts, walks or home.
If you have any favourite fitness songs you love, tell me them in the comments below. I would love to hear what you love listening to at the gym, home workouts or walks.
I have included a blank workout playlist below, so feel free to save and use yourself.
Until next time

What a great list. I love it.
Some good choices and it would definitely motivate for a better workout. Happy to know that you had a great time!
I don’t listen to rock and metal but I’m pretty sure the songs were awesome enough to push you to continue working out. I workout by just playing random songs but I have learnt one or two things from this post, it’s high time I create my own work out playlist.
This playlist is really heavy metal, great to pump iron to! Wrooooargh!
Having great music on when you’re exercising is so important, and I love to listen to motivational and upbeat songs while I workout π great post, I’ll look up some of these x

Gosh – this list isn’t for your yoga practice, that’s for sure π However, love these energetic tunes for some rough’n’tough workout π
Very powerful list, I like it. I just need to force myself to exercise.
I think having the right workout music is essential as it really adds to the motivation to get moving. I am in the process of sorting out my health/fitness journey and this playlist idea is really helpful — thanks for sharing!

Great workout playlist! I haven’t heard of any of these, but I don’t have a great knowledge of 90s music- I’m slightly too young. Thanks for sharing!
Congrats on your jotuney! Love your playlist. I love the album that “Enter Sandman” is from.
