What I got for Christmas 2021

So before we get into what I got for Christmas 2021, I thought I’d share that we were not sure about our plans for Christmas in 2021, since a lot of my family members are from the older generation. We decided it was best to wait till the summer to give them a visit, hopefully, things will get much better by then.

It sure isn’t easy not seeing my gran etc but it’s for the best for everyone at this time. Anyways, we had a Christmas at home as we have done since the year prior.

I got one present given to me this year and the rest of them are gifts to myself as a little bit of a pick me up. It’s a mixture of fitness and beauty products. I am super happy to do a post like this again, last time I did what I got for the Christmas post was in 2018.

Christmas has to be one of my favourite holidays and that’s why I made this post with 20 family-friendly Christmas movies that everyone will love! I love watching holiday movies with my family during December; it sets up the big day and brings more excitement. Over the years I have watched many Xmas movies and this post will have some of my all-time favourites in it.

My favourite Christmas movie of all time has to be Edward Scissorhands, it will forever be my favourite as I love the story and have been a fan of Johnny Depp for a long time. Check out a tag for a Christmas post from last year.

With Christmas around the corner it’s nice to think about finally starting or if you are super organised, the finishing touches of getting presents. If you are like me you leave it till the last minute because you have no idea what to buy and also you have a budget.

This list is all gifts which I think are fabulous if you are on a budget of about £20 or less. Some of the items have been gifted (but love) and will be marked with an * next to them. 2020 has definitely been a year to remember for so many reasons and most of them being things we want to forget about. Thankfully we now have a vaccine and hopefully, in 2021 there will be much more happiness and catching up with life.

Even though 2020 has been with a lot of negatives with Covid, I have had positives in life such as reading more, spending time with my kids and basically having mre time to relax. I am going with the positive vibes and sharing some things that can brighten up the festive season.

What I Got For Christmas 2018

Hello everyone!

And just like that Christmas and New Year just flew by with the blink of the eye!! It just seemed like yesterday when I was planning for the Christmas holidays and now I am just sitting here scratching my head thinking flipping heck that was quick. Now I must admit Christmas was a bit of a hit and miss this year as we were ill and I was the only one cooking so you can only imagine how hectic that was for me. To top it all off people who said they were coming changed their mind at the last minute… typical right?

The kids have just loved the holidays though so it makes it all worthwhile! They have played board games, went to the park and enjoyed the toys that they got from us and family members. They got lots of Playmobil this year and lots of crafty things, so plenty to keep them all busy that’s for sure. This year I was super duper shocked and ecstatic with my presents ( as I am every year of course as I just love presents no matter the time of year!)
