My Beauty Favourites of February 2020

Subjects are very varied on my blog but one of my favourite posts to do over the years has to be my monthly beauty favourites posts! Its pretty fun to look back and see what you liked at certain periods and to see how much it changed if any! Anyways last month was a mix of new products that I found and loved. Check out my last monthly favourites post here! I think I am still in shock that it’s 2020! Since I have started blogging I must have written just around 500 blog posts but never found my place in blogging or the community but you know something not only have I found out more about me since 2019 I have also found a more steady foot in blogging and the community too which I am very happy about!

My Favourite Makeup Products of 2019

I know I am very late at posting this post as it’s now been a month since we entered 2020, can you believe it? I sure don’t as 2019 went by so quickly don’t you think? I have been saving up for a new camera so I waited until I bought one to do this post and the rest with it. I have had a few days testing the camera’s settings to make sure it was a-ok for my blog posts. I am happy with my skills so decided nows better than never to do this post.

Anyways back onto the posts subject and I will start with saying that I had some amazing favourite makeup products of 2018 so i thought why not do the same for last years favourites eh? In 2019 I have tried some good and not so good products so I have compiled my most used into my favourites of 2019, so I hope you all enjoy reading this.

September Beauty Favourites

I hope everyone had a fabulous September! I love September because it has so many of my family birthdays including my son who just turned 12! I also love it because its start of the autumn and I look forward to Halloween, bonfire night and dare I say it…Christmas.

I must admit I didn’t really wear a lot of makeup last month and the days I did, I wore subtle makeup more looks. So my favourites this month will reflect that this month, unlike Augusts Beauty Favourites which were more vibrant.

My Summer Skincare Favourites

It’s now nearing the end of September and we are now enjoying the last few days of the Summer ( not that we had many days which we could actually call *Summer* LOL, its been raining and cloudy most of the time) I would say my understanding and knowledge of skincare products and a routine has definitely improved over 2019. During the summer I have tried a variety of different products and some I loved and some not so much but this post is about the ultimate favourites that I loved using during this summer.

I have definitely learnt a lot over the past few months what works well for my skin and also products that don’t. My skin is combination skin but occasionally my skin can get dry in parts or doesn’t like the particular product/s, it’s all just a balancing the right products for me.

August Beauty Favourites

August is my birthday month, so several of my beauty favourites from the month are actually presents I got for my 29th birthday. Now I know you may be thinking its a bit late for an august beauty favourites post, which I can understand but I want to share with you all my favourites as these posts are so fun for me to do. I also only have makeup in this post as I have a post coming up in the next few days all about my skincare favourites that I enjoyed using in the summer.

Last month in my July Beauty Favourites post I wore more subtle makeup ( well more subtle for me that’s for sure) but this month its brighter choices. Brands in this month’s favourites are ‘Jeffree Star Cosmetics’ and a brand new to me ‘Fenty Beauty’

July Beauty Favourites: Here comes the sun!

Following on from Junes Beauty favourites post which was based on products I liked using in the month which seemed to be like every season rolled into one. I really thought maybe July would have been sunnier and actually like summer but my goodness it has rained days more than they have been the sunshine. I think we had a few nice days without they being rain but apart from that, its been a damp summer for sure.

My July beauty favourites are totally based on the warmth, occasional sunny days and the torrential rains we keep getting. One day of summer is really not enough, right?
