Lush The World's Smallest Disco | Review

Lush the worlds smallest disco

Wow, is it me or has the year 2018 gone by ridiculously fast? Anyways Lush has got a fabulous selection of Christmas products this year that I didn't know where to start, I just put 2 random bath bombs in my basket because its a nightmare choosing when shops are busy.

I had to get 'The World's Smallest Disco' as I just love the name and design of this bath bomb. I did look online at the reviews before purchasing and it has a mixture of good and bad so I wanted to try it out for myself to see for myself. I must start the post by saying my goodness the price of the things in Lush has gone up so much lately don't you think? Kinda shocked this cost £5.25!

 Design
Well, I can't fault the design at all, it looks flawless in my opinion. I do think the name matches the product and I love the brightness of the circles.

Scent
The scent of this is citrus and the key in ingredients are Persian Lime Oil, Grapefruit Oil and Cognac Oil. It didn't remind me of any other bath bombs I have tried in the past but it does have a lovely fresh smell. It also has popping candy inside which is a nice and fun surprise.

As soon as I put this into the bath the colours burst in all directions and it made such a gorgeous display and it went on for a good 5 minutes, it was lovely. Once it melted away I realised it didn't have any popping sounds...maybe mine didn't have any popping candy? lol

Once it completely melted it made my bath water into a lovely black and wow it looked stunning and felt quite nice on the skin too. I did find that the fragrance was barely there and I could barely smell anything compared to the many bath bombs I have tried in the past which is a shame.

I did enjoy my bath as the bath water felt silky and my skin did feel soft after I got out the bath. Once I drained the bath water it did stain my bathtub afterwards so I had to clean it up which is ok because it happens with most bath bombs and its easy to clean.

lush the worlds smallest disco review
Even though it gave such a gorgeous display in my bath and looked wonderful while relaxing I did find the scent wasn't brilliant and mine was missing the popping candy. Now I know that may sound small but when your paying £5.25 for a bath bomb you would expect it to have a stronger smell and also to have popping candy inside if you know what I mean.

I am looking forward to trying out more of the Lush Christmas collection in the future; what suggestions do you have for me?

Have you bought anything from the Lush Christmas Collection?

Thanks for your honest review. I use bath bombs too, but I haven't tried this one yet. I like that it is citrus scented. That is my go to choice for bath bombs too.
