Hello Lovelies!
I have to admit I am a huge fan of eyeshadow palettes and I definatly have my fair share of eyeshadow palettes. I saw this Makeup Revolution Re-Loaded Iconic Division palette last month in Superdrug and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to buy it and it went right in my basket. I have a good selection of makeup revolution products so I had high expectations of this palette because at the moment they are just out of this world with the makeup they are bringing out. I have a few of their eyeshadow palettes in my collection but they are more vibrant than this palette so this is a complete change for me.
I love the colour selection in the palette and it kinda reminds me of the ABH Subculture Palette and if you look at the eyeshadow palettes side by side then you would see quite a resemblance. Inside the palette, it has 15 eyeshadows with a mixture of shimmer and matte shades. The colours themselves are quite earthy such as shades like mustard, deep green and nudes.
The eyeshadow palette itself costs a bargain price of £4! I think that price is amazing considering the price of makeup now ( omg some prices of brands make me want to cry LOL). The price of each eyeshadow is roughly about 27p each which is a bargain dont you think? All of the Makeup Revolution eyeshadow palettes are very budget friendly and the most expensive being a palette being £15, they are so many palettes to choose from too, you are spoiled for choice.
The packaging isn't anything special, just a very basic plastic palette with a see-through lid to see the shades inside. The eyeshadows I must admit are displayed quite nicely and they are also a decent size too, as you can see in the above photo. Only 3 of the eyeshadows in the palette are shimmer and the rest are matte ( I was kinda hoping for at least 5 shimmers ).
Now when I swatched the eyeshadows I did find that most of them were highly pigmented but some did feel a little chalky which has to be expected considering the price of the palette. I would love to say they all blend perfectly but I can't say that because some of the shades in the palette took a lot of elbow grease to get the way I wanted them to look, I would honestly suggest using a primer and concealer which these eyeshadows as they are easier to work with that way.
The eyeshadows in the Re-Loaded Iconic don't have any names with the individual eyeshadows like the other £4 eyeshadows such as the Re-Loaded Newtrals 2 Palette.
As I said above most of the shades in the palette are very pigmented and applying them is generally quite easy but some are a little chalky so a firmer brush opposed to a soft brush would work best for this palette. I also noticed that sometimes some of the shades especially the dark green and reds can be very patchy applying so a good primer would sort that right out.
I have a handy youtube video on me swatching the Re-Loaded Iconic Division palette and also creating a makeup look with the palette is also over on my channel, click on the following link to find the video www.youtube.com/melissamajor or click the video below.
Would mean a lot if you could subscribe to my channel 💕

Pros
- Budget friendly at £4
- 15 Shades
- Similar to Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette
- Travel-friendly
- Versatile shades
- Many of the shadows are highly pigmented
- Long lasting teamed with an eyeshadow primer and makeup setting spray
Cons
- Some of the shades are very patchy, take a lot of work to use
- Packaging feels cheap
- No Mirror, so take a compact if taking this on holiday
- No applicator
- Not brilliant using as a lone product, needs a primer and setting spray or can fade or look patchy very easily.
Below is a look I like creating with this palette, I think the shades I choose really to work wonderfully together. For the mint green to pop more I used a mint green on the inner eye followed by the dark emerald green on the outer corner with the mustard yellow to outline.
Overall its a wonderful palette for the price, it maybe a little chalky but nothing terrible or to complain too much about considering the price. The shimmers in the palette worked best in the palette but the mattes are quite good too. I think it's very similar to Subculture which is good because I love the look of that palette.

Great review! I'd also want more shimmers, I much prefer shimmers to mattes. There's some really lovely colours in here x
