Hello everyone! I hope you are all well? Today’s post is called ‘Why I Love My Mo Health 3 in 1 Egg Cooker’ I got this a few months back in B&M. I wanted to make more snacks that were quick and high protein for around £12, why not?
Mo Health 3-in-1 Egg Cooker cooks eggs in 3 different ways. Boiled, Poached and omelettes. It has settings for soft, medium or hard-boiled eggs (all in the instructions given)
As a fitness enthusiast, I like to get most of my protein from dairy, eggs and lean options. This egg cooker sounded like a great thing to add to my collection. Check out my post on how I lost 40lbs in lockdown!
Does it work?
Surprisingly well for the price! All you need is a small amount of water in the bottom of the egg cooker and it makes perfectly boiled eggs effortlessly. You can cook up to 7 eggs at a time which is very handy, especially as they keep well in the fridge and a great snack.
I have yet to try the omelette and poached eggs settings on this, I will update this once I have, so keep a lookout for that.
Is it worth it?
For me, I think it’s worth every penny as I eat eggs a lot. If you are a person who likes a high protein diet, then i highly recommend this product. If you like eggs once in a blue moon maybe not so much.
It’s a small appliance so it’s portable on the worktops or in a cupboard when not in use.

This is quite the little gem for the price. We enjoy egg salad and deviled eggs, but always seem to run into an issue with the boiling part. Yes even after all of these years. Definitely will try this out.

I love poached eggs, but have rarely made them. This seems like a gadget that would be very useful.
I haven’t heard of the Mo Health egg cooker before, but it does sound great for easily making boiled eggs. I like that it can make poached eggs and omelettes too!
