I am a huge fan of chocolate and have it most days. I have tried Doisy & Dam Ballers before so I couldn’t wait to try more chocolates from their range.
Their chocolates are palm oil-free, have natural ingredients and ethically sourced cocoa. They have many varieties to choose from. I got four different to try.
I got the following to try out. D&Ds, Diddies, Nuttercups and Coconut chocolate bar.
Abouts Doisy & Dam
- Zero Palm-Oil
- 30% Less sugar than the market leader
- Cocoa sourced directly from Columbia while supporting farmers
D&Ds Dark Chocolate Drops with a cheeky cruncy coating
Think of these like vegan M&M’s. They have a delicious sugary shell with a velvety smooth dark chocolate in the middle. They have 70% cocoa and are 152 calories per packet.
Nuttercups Dark Chocolate Almond
These have smooth nut butter with a dark chocolate shell. They are a great vegan alternative to Reeses. These are 62 calories per cup, yum!
Diddies Dark Chocolate Maca, Vanilla & Cocoa Nibs
This is Columbian dark chocolate with sweet vanilla. This flavour goes wonderful on its own or in porridge.
Dark Chocolate with coconut & lucuma
Made with sweet lucuma and coconut flakes. The combination is really nice. One or two slices is enough for my sweet tooth.
I love these chocolates… that is coming from someone who usually doesn’t like dark chocolate. When it comes to dark chocolate I find it too bitter this has a great balance. My favourite is ‘Nuttercups’, yum!
I have some of the chocolate left and I will be using them in upcoming baking blog posts, so keep a lookout for that.
Doisy & Dam can be found in the following places
Online, Holland & Barret’s, Boots, Sainsbury’s and Wholefood’s.
