Ever since I decided to try having a higher protein diet, I have been looking for food and drinks to get me to my daily protein goal. I have known about the brand Grenade for many years now but I’ve just got round to trying their products including their protein bars and shakes! Check out my thoughts on ‘Grenade Carb Killa Protein Shake Review‘ below if you keep reading.
Grenade Carb Killer Shakes come in 7 different flavors. I chose white chocolate after finishing my home workout, finding all the flavors in the shops isn’t always easy as most places only stock about two flavors.

So what are Grenade Carb Killa Protein Shakes?
They are ready to drink protein shakes with a whopping 25g of protein per bottle. A good thing about these is that they are a great way of getting your protein on the go, with no need for a protein shaker.
How many calories per bottle?
Each bottle varies in calories ever so slightly but the white chocolate carb kill a shake comes In at 211 calories. They also have about 24.7g of protein, which is a good amount don’t you think?
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: Water, Skimmed Milk (26%), Protein Blend (Calcium Caseinate (Milk), Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk)), Cream (Milk) (7%), Maltodextrin, Stabilisers: Gellan Gum, Carrageenan; Sweeteners: Acesulfame K, Sucralose; Modified Starch, Flavourings, Salt, Enzyme: Lactase.
I’m not 100 per cent on the ingredients, as it has gums, sweeteners and thickeners. As with anything like this, it’s best to be moderate. In bold are allergens. This shake is vegetarian friendly.

My thoughts on Grenade Carb Killa white chocolate shake
Guys, I really have to say I really loved this, but as with many milkshake products, they are best served chilled, warm milkshake doesn’t make me a happy bunny. Anyways I had mine chilled after one of my 45-minute yoga home workouts.
It is velvety smooth and the flavor reminds me of milky bar chocolate, so sweet yet so delicious, I enjoyed it.
Would I buy them again?
Hmmm, that’s a tough question. Grenade carb killa shakes are about £2.50 a bottle which is rather expensive compared to buying a pouch of protein shakes which is around £1 a serving. If they were on offer and I mean a big discount, then maybe? I’m most likely going to grab one in a rush.

I’ve not heard about this brand before (not sure they’re in the US) but they sound like a useful way to have a protein shale on the go. I’m not sure if I would use they right now but they may be an option — thanks for the review!
