Gifted/ad | On my fitness journey I’ve been looking into supplements, vitamins and health products like crazy! 😵‍💫
I was kindly sent these by @avacarevitamins to try out. They are vegan friendly and are pesticide free & non GMO. These are the ones we have tried.
🎃Immunity C Liposomal - one of my favourite vitamin products I’ve ever tried! This is a high strength vitamin C which helps support the immune system with zinc. Since it’s in liquid form it’s easy to drink, even more so as it tastes amazing! Yum 😋

🍊Vitamin D3 + K2 - This is in a spray form which is ideal for me! Easy to use and a lovely orange taste. This helps absorb calcium and phosphorous, and the mantle of bones, teeth and muscle.

🍃Omega 3 Child - My kids enjoy having their vitamins at dinner time and they have been enjoying having this as it’s a pleasant taste of orange. Omega 3 is so important as we know as it helps contribute to the maintinece of normal brain function and vision.

Month 13 of my fitness journey 🧘🏼‍♀️

Month 13 of my fitness journey 🧘🏼‍♀️

Starting the month differently this time by going to the gym along with counting calories and improving macros.

Last month wasn’t extraordinary with losses (3lb) but they were parties including my birthday and I had a more relaxed month haha 😂 back on the ball again this month.

My fitness goal for the month is walk at least 100 miles for the whole month.

Does anyone have any fitness goals for the month?
