My thoughts on the new Mcdonalds McPlant Burger
Mcdonald’s has had very few vegan options in the past and in my opinion, they weren’t great; ok but nothing special. On social media that Mcdonald’s was bringing out a vegan burger called the ‘McPlant‘. I was thinking thank goodness for that, more choices!
The Mcplant burger is now out, October 13th at 250 locations. Thankfully my location was one of them, so I had to get one for myself and share ‘my thoughts on the new Mcdonalds McPlant Burger‘.

A Simple Tofu Scrambled Recipe
Vegan food doesn’t have to be hard to make, It can be so simple and fast to make. Now many of our favourite foods can be made plant-based. For example, I enjoyed scrambled eggs on toast before but now I have a simple tofu scramble recipe that I can make every day for an affordable price. This recipe is very simple with ingredients you can find in your local supermarket, no need for searching all over.

The Spookiest Halloween Spotify Playlist
I just love spooky music and that’s why I had to make The Spookiest Halloween Spotify Playlist! Making this list was so easy because my music tastes work so well with Halloween.
This is Halloween, this is Halloween
From the classic The nightmare before Christmas.
Pumpkins scream in the dead of night
This is Halloween, everybody makes a scene
Trick or treat ’til the neighbours gonna die of fright
It’s our town, everybody scream
In this town of Halloween!

Halloween has been a favourite holiday of mine ever since I was a teenager. I have always loved programmes and movies that are either spooky, horror or thrillers. When I was a child, scooby doo was a cult favourite but as I got older I started watching hammer horror movies and that’s when the love of all things spooky come in.
I have lost track of how many scary movies, series and podcasts I have listened to or watched over the years.
…Gregg’s New Vegan Sausage, Bean & CheeZe Melt
It’s been a short second since Greggs brought out the new Gregg’s Vegan Sausage, Bean & CheeZe melt. I was very excited when they brought this pastry out because I just loved the original version. I haven’t had it for years ever since going veggie. I love reviewing new vegan products, it’s nice to find new favourites like the Burger King Vegan Royale.
This is one of a few things now available in Gregg’s that are suitable for vegans. I love the variety coming out now! Just a shame they got rid of the vegan steak bake, I liked that.

My thoughts on the new Mr Lee’s Porridge & Congee Pots

I have tried many varieties of porridge over the years ( which I love) but this was the first time I have tried a congee. Congee is basically like a savoury porridge. I sure was excited to try it. All of the flavours I tried here are vegan/vegetarian friendly.
